ROAR stands for Restore • Overcome • Advocate • Rebuild. Its guiding principle—No Deadline on Innocence—reflects a simple conviction: when credible evidence suggests a person may not have committed the crime for which they were convicted, that evidence deserves disciplined review.
Why ROAR Kingdom exists
ROAR Kingdom was created to help bring structure, visibility, and professional support to credible actual-innocence claims. The work begins with evidence: what the State said, what the record actually shows, what contradicts the theory of guilt, what the jury never heard, and what should now be reinvestigated, tested, located, or disclosed.
The broader vision goes beyond case review. ROAR is being developed as an ecosystem that connects innocence work with restoration, publishing, public education, partnerships, technology, and sustainable enterprise—while keeping charitable and commercial activities appropriately separated.
